Chelf Dortlouke

is an award-winning chef, recipe developer, creative director and content creator, with a degree in social media management and personal nutrition.

Her passion is creating original content, including cookbooks, recipes, food styling, campaigns, creative direction strategies and creative bits to help brands and entrepreneurs find their unique voice and visual style.

Her background in the food industry allows her to be able to create original, innovative recipes, and her experience in high-end photography and creative direction allows her to help you bring your dream project to life.

She started out as the sole creative at her business, taking the quality of her projects to heart.

A few years later Nikolas Bourinakis

joined as the Head of Operations and CFO of The Chelfdom.

With his expertise in both the food industry (not to brag but he was the owner and head chef of a top-ranking restaurant) and strategic financial planning, he puts the FUN in finance. Not only does he manage everything, but his knowledge and skills in this area make him a true asset. We are lucky enough to have access to all that wisdom - too bad we can't use it as much as we'd like because some things must remain mysterious even for the CEOs.

Else is the dog.

She is attending all meetings, so make sure to schedule yours before her nap time or bring extra treats and belly rubs. She is a well-behaved, highly-spoiled, 3-year-old golden retriever who lives by the rule “Else wants-Else gets”.

Beyond the three of us, we work with an extended team of assistants and other professionals who share our values to deliver high-end projects.


Even the simplest detail in our work can conjure emotion and summon the right audience. Well-curated content has the ability to elevate the simplest everyday activities, like cooking or listening to music.
